Ceasar Larrach is a senior sales executive with more than 20 years of experience leading national sales organizations and driving sustained revenue growth across the logistics, cold storage, and commercial real estate sectors. In his previous role, leading national sales for R-Cold, a Perris, California–based cold storage services provider, where he was responsible for sales strategy, execution, and performance across the organization. In this role, he oversaw a cross-functional team encompassing sales, operations, and customer service, and has implemented strategic initiatives that strengthened client retention and increased long-term contract renewals with national customers.
Prior to R-Cold, Mr. Larrach served as Director of Operations and Sales for Clearwater Building Maintenance, where he aligned operational excellence with revenue growth initiatives. He also spent eight years with Trade Wind Investments, a Las Vegas–based commercial real estate investment firm, where he held senior sales leadership roles and played a key role in expanding market presence and securing high-value commercial transactions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Larrach has demonstrated a strong ability to build and execute targeted business development strategies, drive expansion in high-growth markets, and negotiate complex, high-value contracts with national accounts. His professional expertise includes CRM platforms, project management and workflow automation systems, as well as budgeting and forecasting tools that support data-driven decision-making.
Mr. Larrach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys mountain biking and hands-on DIY projects.
